When I came in the person who attended my friend and I was very rude. My friend and I felt uncomfortable while we were looking for merchandise. Thank god she switched with somebody else but still made us feel not cared for of our service. This nice man came to assist us there and he was new but still made a better impact than that lady. I dislike this pandora Brownsville employees so much because the times I’ve gone there their very rude. Compared to the Pandora right next door that the reeds jewelry store has the employees are very helpful and nice and it just has a comforting environment.

Maria helped so much throughout my purchase. The problem was that when I arrived no one asked if I needed help. 4 of the girls who have blonde hair were too busy restocking charms. I know it’s almost time to go home I was standing there for almost 5 minutes until I had to ask for help to this lady and she seemed lost because she didn’t want to help me until I saw Maria and I asked for her. From the 4 or 5 girls restocking charms in the middle all crowded up no one of them could help me or even try to get me someone.

As a front line/essential worker, I do believe they the 10% discount should be applied on sale events. We as frontline workers put our lives at risk every day and not all retail stores appreciate what we do on a daily basis

There were no signature Pandora bags to wrap my purchase. They had run out . I did not like the alternate bag I was given. I purchased a graduation gift [ ring [ and I am not satisfied with the packaging of my merchandise. I was deeply disappointed!

Sales associate was rude. I understand it was Christmas Eve but her attitude was beyond disgusting. I went in with my brother so he could get our mom a bracelet, she told us about a promo of spending $199 and getting $50 off and she kept throwing high ticket items at us and when i told her he was on a budget after selecting our other bracelet and charm, she rudely said “cash or card”. Not only was she rude but i felt we were rushed and her patience span was not it.

It took a while for the associates to come to us even though we were the only ones at the store. The sale associate was very rude.
