Multiple things went wrong during my visit to the Sunrise mall location. 1st the store is scheduled to open at 11:00am however the store did not open until 11:15. I understand stores run late for multiple reasons. 2nd the sales associate that assisted us named Ashley appeared to be in a passive aggressive mood when asked about the new Marvel collection. She presented us with 4 charms of the collection, when asked if they had the infinity stones gold/silver charm she rolled her eyes returned the 4 charms she had in her hand and mumbled to her coworker and retrieved the requested charm. After witnessing this reaction my husband told me to just pay for the charm and leave. While paying for the item she tossed my selected charm into her assigned tray and proceeded to our payment. The sales associate did not asked if I had an account until I asked her about the warranty. She proceeded to roll her eyes again. It is safe to say I will NEVER complete another transaction at this location

The sales rep was very rude at all times, she didn’t let me touch the bracelet that I was going to buy. At one point I even told her that I wasn’t planning on stealing it. During the purchase of the bracelet, she kept adding charms that I wasn’t even Interested on buying. I said to her repeatedly , it’s a gift for my daughter and she likes Harry Potter and unicorns and I ended up with an elephant charm and a dog print. I was so frustrated that I just ended up paying for all of it. And when I was counting the money to Pay her in cash, she kept trying to grab the money from my hands. I ended up buying what she wanted and over paying for a small gift that I had planned. By the way she only showed me 3 diff bracelet options and when I was paying I found out that I guys carry bangles and many other bracelets. I am very disappointed and since it was my first time purchasing anything from that store, most likely I won’t ever be back.

I asked the sales person which were the rings pieces that were on sale. She took out several in my size, I purchased three rings. Turns out one of the rings is regular price and she didn’t advise me when she rang it up. I had to return to the store after leaving the mall and she said it’s my fault but I can return it. I told her you can’t honor the price since it was your mistake and she is no, I was giving me attitude. So I returned the ring and I am never going back! Horrible customer service, and she was the acting store manager at the time.

The customer service was horrible no one helped they were all standing around talking with each other I was waiting outside for 10min then no help when inside didn’t understand what I was looking for or what I was asking for rude! Very rude! From all the time I go and buy this was the worst ever! Highly disappointed and unsatisfactory!! Worst workers and help!

I placed an online order to pick it up at the Pandora store in Brownsville, Texas with a 10% discount, when I went to pick up my order it was not complete since there was an error in the online inventory and the sales manager named Marcela did not was kind enough to offer me the same promotion when replacing the new piece in my purchase, she was rude.

I got a charm bracelet as a gift so I decided to go and ask about safety chains to take care of my gift but the girl that showed them to me treated me like a transaction didn’t offer to put on the safety to my bracelet. James Avery is where I normally shop for my family members and their sales people are so much nicer at showing me around helping me personalize, offering cleanings and offering to add the charms to the bracelet or necklace. The sales person at pandora just showed the safety chains and I chose whatever and wrapped it and ok thank you bye. I was not happy with the service and I feel like returning the gift that was given to me together with my purchase
