When I walked in the store I was greeted by an associate, I was helped immediately and found a few charms. The charm selection was not as great but after looking through a few boards and charms I was able to find some that I really liked and purchased.

The sales associate Greeted me with a smile. She was very pleasant.The store was very clean. I didn’t know what I wanted for my nieces birthday. But because of the wide selection of charms I was able to find something within my budget and instead of one charm I was able to get her two. My niece was very happy with my selection of charms.

I love Pandora and I try to purchase as much as possible, unfortunately I have only had one problem in the past, I purchased a bracelet and lost my receipt, the stones fell out and I couldn’t get a replacement and I can no longer where it, so for that reason I don’t like to buy anything with stones.

The sales associate was amazing, I gave her an idea what I was looking for and she got right to it. She helped me to pick out exactly what I wanted.

The young lady with the large knot braids and unique name I can't remember was so sweet and patient with us...i was making my first Pandora purchase ever..she was very helpful with picking out what I like and comparing styles...love her.
