I have so many different choice to pick from and the associates are very helpful in helping me make a decision.. I just wish Pandora would give more offers/gifts to their clients and also create some of the little children charms to look a little more African American.

Its was very professional. No long line, walk rite in. I knew exactly what I wanted and they had it no problems.

This was my first time at the Pandora store. The sales associate that was assisting me her name was Mekhia, she was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. I originally came into the store to switch out my bracelet for a larger size. Mekhia's knowledge on sizing, charm choices, and stoppers to keep charms in place was very helpful. She also suggested sales in the store which led me to purchasing in total 5 charms and a bracelet. ( The bracelet and 3 charms are for my mom's birthday) I had an amazing visit and will definitely refer people to Mekhia and the Pandora store again. Thank you!

The salesperson was was kind and knowledgeable. When she had to ask manager a question she did in front of me. Manager was also knowledgeable. The whole staff was very professional and we'll groomed. All had Pandora on. Which means a lot to my eyes. All staff nails were cleaned or polished.
