I arrived to the stores without knowledge on the bracelets sizing and charms. I was immediately helped by Lysandra the sweetest and nicest sales associate ever! She walked me through the steps of bracelets sizing, cleaning, adding charms, and explaining the differences between charms and spacers! She was amazing! I’ll be coming back here again!
