Clarissa was amazing! We had a great conversation not only about pandora but about everything. This worker was so patient and understanding while also making me feel so comfortable during the visit. I need to know that she is being taken care of at this location because if not i will definitely hire her for my business!

Sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable went out of her way to find products in store and online will definitely be going back Just wish it was more 14k gold selections Sales associate pointed in direction according to Pandora online and when I called specific location they were not matching up to inventory Customer service was not great had to keep calling back and calls were not clear and incorrect information was being each time

Overall customer service. However I do recommend that all sales associates tell customers about the savings coupon at the bottom of the receipt. We did receive this information from store manger Laura in Delaware location at Christina mall And she also went out of her way to look for specific 14k gold charms but again not matching up with the system. When I call customer service their calls are not so clear as if they are using cell phones again incorrect information is being given You get better customer service in store but it should be both ways

The salesperson was very helpful she answered all my questions and made sure that I was getting the best deals that the store offered. I love the products that the store provides.
