Took a minute to get service. Satisfied once I received the service.

The charms were very nice I loved picking which one I wanted for my bracelet

The wait time before I was acknowledged, or waited on. The customer service rep that waited on me was not to friendly

One of my charms is permanently stuck and in order to remove it the bracket needs to be broken but wouldn’t be replaced so I’m forced to keep the bracket with a charm I cannot get removed .

It's not a store I normally got too but it was a gift for a family member

Pandora has great products and service

There is all ways a wait at Pandora, not a long wait. That is because it is such a wonderful store with wonderful merchandise. I just think like everywhere they need more staff.
