Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate greeted me with a pleasant attitude. She was patient with me and continued to show me charms until I finally made a choice.

Upon entering the store acquiring about merchandise the sales associate was not aware that the store had what I was looking for. She immediately told me that the store did not have any of what I wanted. Another associate went to the back and brought out a tray of the items I was looking for. I told her that the merchandise should be in stock because I checked it out on the website and said so. I was extremely disappointed and was going to leave until the other associate assisted

I’m satisfied but y’all make too much money you guys should offer warranty also start having sales

The only thing I was disappointed about is that my associate was not willing to inquire about clearance or final sale things at another store. I was looking for a specific thing and wear a larger size ring. The best thing she did though was provide my grand daughter who is 3 with a bag to carry her jewelery item (which was a non-pandora item) in. I thought that was a stand up thing to do and allowed her to be a big girl with her own bag and feel a part of.

There are times when I visit that the employees aren’t very kind to me but more often than not they are extremely kind.

Wish I could have got more things but will be back again. Have always wanted to get a pandora bracelet, I love it can’t wait to start getting my charms.

I believe I spend a lot of money in this store, I’m also a first responser nurse & they won’t apply a credit. Also they won’t take the charms out the case for me. It’s like I’m stealing. Shame on the associations.

I found the item in store that I had been looking for.

Salesperson didn't knowledge I was in store no formal greeting very poor customer service

There was two worker and both was talking about thing's outside of work? But they stop talking and both help me? But a lady came in and they made here wait. I think they could have helped her too.
