I had no reason to be " highly satisfied" but I was definitely satisfied as a first time customer. The associate was very pleasant and and helpful. The experience was exciting and satisfying.

Some of the pieces the store didn't have, but it's OK I always go to another store to find what I want. Because I love pandora

I have more than one daughter. I have the mother & daughter charm, and was disappointed that the same charm set wasn’t available in another color or something similar. The only other option was a charm set, ‘Like mother, Like daughter’. I encourage individuality for all my children, so I wasn’t interested in purchasing that set.

I am an avid Pandora shopper and I was disappointed with this encounter. As I entered the the store there were three sales people and one was waiting on a customer. The other two were engaged in conversation near the cash register. I entered and walked to the right looking in the cases. I got half way around the counter approaching the cash register and at that point they decided to great me. The salesperson then asked what did I need and I asked to see some clips. As I was waiting for her to get the clips I saw some last call retired pieces. I decided on one piece and she began to ring me up. I asked if they had the current promotion of a fanny pack and at that time she said no that their current promotion was 30% of the last call items. At that point I chose another item. It would have been nice if she told me about the sale. Later when I. noticed that she had not asked me for my email for the receipt she stated " Well they are last call you cannot return them and the receipt is in the bag. I was disappointed in the encounter and had I not had prior good experiences with pandora I would not be coming back for another purchase.

I was highly satisfied with the pandora experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will be going back today to get some more things.

I wanted another bracelet over the one my sister bought me but they did not have my size. This bracelet and a necklace plus a ring was not in my size. The service and everything else was great!

Firstly, I understand why we are only allowed to look at and try on 1 ring at a time but if you're working one on one with a sales associate, especially a manager, it would be nice to play, mix and match the different rings in a display without having to tell sales person which ring I wanted to see next and have the other one put back. Also, there was great difficulty having to look up prices all the time. First she had to look in the voluminous book, then find the size, then calculate the price. Ugh, what a pain in the rear and time-consuming. Finally, I've done most of my past Pandora purchases from a catalog. I was told pre-Covid that it would be out soon; I was told that again yesterday!
