I was purchase bracelets yesterday afternoon (07/18/2021). This morning it just turns dark for no reason, its looks like the new item has just been used already for the long term.

The sales person was not friendly and Appeared disinterested until she realized that I was about to make multiple purchases.

There was a long wait outside the store, over 15 minutes just to get inside. It didn't seem to be that many employees working either. This has been an ongoing issue when going to certain Pandora stores in the past year.

The sales person was not pleasant and seems to be bothered while asking to see different items in the show case. She never said Thank you when the sale was final. That was the first time I encountered a rude and unpleasant sales person .

The lady that was showing me the charms had an attitude

I had a coupon which expired during the pandemic on-set. Store manager was not willing to give me $ 10.00 off my $ 250.00 purchase, nor grant me a coupon for a free bracelet, also expired due to the pandemic. I won 10 full bracelets, and I feel Pandora is not customer oriented enough. I would like to see you contact me, send me a $ 10.00 coupon and a coupon for a free bracelet for a purchase over $ 125.00. This is what I would call customer care. Irene Markert P.O. The person that served me was excellent but the other associate was not pleasant at.

I only put highly unlikely to visit this Pandora store again because I am on vacation from another state. I visited this store to purchase the Philadelphia charm. I was very pleased with my overall experience in the store.

I was looking for a particular charm that was available, it couldn’t be found anywhere in the US only Canada and it couldn’t be shipped but it was advertised in the new books

Employee seem frustrated due to that I was asking what’s are the sale items.
