Due to it was a line to get into the store. I was on my lunch break and time was a major issue for me

Due to the pandemic, I had to wait outside of the store to be let in. Once I was allowed in the store, I had to wait on the side for an Associate to assist me.

Had to wait in line outside store do to Covid. I know it's not your fault. Was a little pressed for time.

They didn’t have the charm I wanted.

I got in and out quickly .I was Satisfied& I Receive what I was looking for in a timely matter

Overall experience was good. I received the Pandora Me bracelet as a gift & excited about adding charms to find there is very little to chose from.

I placed my order prior to coming and my order was not placed on hold.

The wait time outside the store was too long, at the willow grove store there was someone who came out of the store and talked to people in the line who knew what they wanted already and she was able to make the purchase there. Makes the process not as long and tedious.

i purchasecd a pink spacers but it was not told online that this was a small piece which would not fit both bracelets.

The sign said 5 people in the store including sale associates but there were more.
