I am satisfied, I not highly satisfied half of the items on line were sold out and was not available in store that’s my reason for not highly satisfied

The way the merchandise trays are stacked, does not allow you to see whats available. Once a tray was presented, THEN, you noticed additional trays stacked beneath it. I did shop online prior to coming, so I already had and ideal of what I wanted.

there was only one associate working during the black friday sale. i waited 20 minutes just to get in the store

It was a extra long wait to enter into store. They started taking orders outside of the store. Charm locators indicated that it was 3 inside store.She hand a issue find them

The items i wanted were not available for in store purchase.Sales associates pusg higher priced items. Stocl needs to be updated

Pandora should keep some “most wanted charms “, I went in store to pick up one that is really hard to find and the girl in the stock was lazy to look for it! The other lady, that was my sales associate was really nice and gentle! They lost the charm that was separate for me,hopefully when the manager comes back,they can get it to me!
