The young lady wasnt sure of the merchandise

What I wanted wasn’t in stock and got rejected for a card

The store inventory was low. Less restrictive movement in store. Beautiful store, but covid lock down you can't look around. No Bouchers

I felt I was being a lil rush when they noticed people started to line up after me. When I got there it was one other person behind me only so it started off listening but I turned around 5mins later and I felt she started to talk over me but nicely.

The wait time outside the store, when it was only one person buying something inside of store. Salesperson didn't really want to show me what was on sale.and kept charms inside of the case.

Every thing was fine with my visit to then pandora store. I did notice that manager was just standing around when it was customers outside waiting.

I gave the sales person My bracelet to have clean and she looks at my bracelet and says oh we can’t clean this charm because it’s not a Pandora charm so I asked her what do you mean it is a Pandora charm I bought it from there she said oh OK and walked away no apology no nothing

The selection of bracelets wasn't big. What I really wanted to match what I bought from the store the week before was not available.

I wasn’t able to find the exact charms I wanted in a bigger size the charms are super tiny and aren’t for my bracelet

The sales associate was not knowledgeable about the products in the store. The computer system shows the item in stock but unable to be found. The store sales discontinued products not new items.
