The sales representative was very nice and helpful. However I feel like it should be a time limit on how long a customer can stay in the store. The wait was very long and there was only two people in front of me in line. I waited for a half hour. There was 3 people in the store and 2 people in line.

The experience is never comfortable or happy. Don’t know what the issue is.

Long wait not a large selection

You guys only had 3 employees working. The wait for assistance was to long for my liking. With some customers unsure of what they want to purchase takes up a lot of the employees time which makes it difficult to assist customers in a timely fashion.

Did not have the specific charms I wanted

I prefer another store

I was moved from one area to another for items brought

I was not highly satisfied due to the fact that the charm I was looking for was not available. However, the picture of the charm was on the wall.

I had to wait until the sales associate was ready to wait on me, not that the store was busy it was only one of the customer in the store and it was already someone waiting on them. I felt like she was not prepared to be at work that day. I felt like she was not healthy at all.

I wanted the liberty bell pendant and the Associate told me that they didn't have one and none of the stores around the area had any either. That I couldn't even order online, that they are totally out of stock. She tried to convince me to go to another store where I could get an engravable. That's not what I wanted. I bought a charm for something else since I was there, then went online yesterday to place an order for the liberty bell, which I just got confirmation that it shipped today.
