There was a bracelet for $100 & I got charged $111.97 & that was not with tax. Then I saw a charm for $28 but I got charged $30.99. I did not realize until I got home. I will be returning these items.

The sales girls were not attentive. I have been to many pandora stores and I have Always had great service so I was very surprised when I visited this store I felt I was putting them out asking them to show me something.

My friend and I weren't greeted when entering the store. I had to tell associate that I was next then she went in the back to ask someone to assist us.

My daughter had her phone on with ticktoc with music playing in the store two of the employees yelled at her told her to turn her phone down that they were on the phone they could of told her nicely it was rude they made us not want to buy anything it wasn’t the lady who attended us she was pretty cool Then the other lady who work there asked if we were getting anything like if she was going to kick us out or we weren’t going to buy anything we had money would of bought more but customer service was not that great like I said it wasn’t the Asian lady who attended us I work retail myself and customer service is always priority.

Not as friendly or knowledgeable about the products Assistant did not process military discount upon transaction it shows in our account we have the discount she said she did not see it so she wanted to return all items and reprocess I asked for her not to reprocess manager was able to fix problem After waiting for some Time

The sales associate wasn't very interested in waiting on us she was not friendly her attitude played out in her service I tried to purchase my item for my sisters birthday day but I wouldnt let her ruin the moment I had my sister with me she didnt ingadge in conversation I had to ask my sister if she wanted a box and a bag cause she put the bracelet on her wrist and never said anything about a bag or box I was my sisters sales rep so very unprofessional I just paid and went about my business but shes always in a bad mood I was just in there in February and the same thing please train her better to be kind friendly and happy at work Thanks In Advance Claudette FaulknerJohnson

I thought the location I went to was a location with clearance items or items at a lower cost. It just a regular Pandora store no different from the others. The sales lady was good but she did not seem to remember things I was just telling her. I told the sales lady I brought bracelets for my daughters to small. Instead of getting the next size on my purchase list she still brings out small bracelets.
