Pandora Jewelry

I purchased a bracelet and I wanted my charms cleaned to put on new bracelet and was told the machine was broke and to go to another store to have them cleaned but encouraged me to buy more. I declined, just the bracelet. Taking it back today because it's too big. Bracelet is also cheaper online. Not sure if I will return or exchange it. But no reason to put dirty charms on a new bracelet. I have a pandora cleaning cloth but doesn't clean well.

Monique the sales rep actually told me , I have to stand where I am to shop? How!? And I just stood in line outside the store and watched a couple walk around the store to pick and choose what they want.? Give Me the same courtesy , I wasn't Begging , I'm BUYING too.!

It was my turn to go into the store another customer walked up behind me & the sales associate waited on him in a office in the store. The associate said she would be right out but didn’t return onto the sales floor for another 6- 7 minutes. This was unprofessional & definitely not good business. Customer service is important.

The long wait. The pouch they gave me to put my bracelet in. That's it nothing more to say. Everything else was good.

First of all the lady that was helping me stop to help someone else and I think that was so unprofessional and the other lady didn’t give me a new book when I ask for it and give me a old one from 2021

I’m Satisfied with my items I brought this was my first visit to any Pandora Store until I return I just hope to receive discounts I spend $233.and some cents

This store did not have the safety chain I was looking for .

I went there to make a purchase but the associate wasn’t showing me the sale items

The lady couldn't get the bracelet opened. If its only a couple people allowed in the store why can't you walk around to look at the merchandise? That's dumb. The charms & bracelets could be a less expensive.

Items that online said the store had in stock they didn’t have.
