The sale associate was very impatient and rushing me. Her attitude was not friendly at all. Every time I ask a question she didn't know the answer.

i went to the store website looking for a gift for my wife & I was able to find a few items that I thought my wife would enjoy. I'm not a stranger to Pandora, for I've purchased quite a few items for my wife over the years. the issue I have is that the items I purchased were placed in my cart on the website the items were at a cheaper price & when I arrived at the store to purchase my items, the items were at a higher price I was informed by the salesperson, that the items in my cart were under some kind of discount code that wasn't available in the store. I just felt that the price should be the same online as well as in the store.

I came in to exchange a charm I recieved on Mother's Day. When I gave the young lady the gift receipt, she looked at them and went to a room for about five minutes. She had a chip on her shoulder. I inquired about a charm I saw online and she snapped that"s at the outlet.
