Associates shouldn’t judge customers all customers aren’t dishonest and shouldn’t be treated as such.

The sales person shown me the selected charms that I asked to see, and as I was looking at the charms she started tapping her fingers on the counter very fast and I felt rushed to makeup my mind to buy something. I felt very uncomfortable.

The service I received was not good I felt like the sales associate did not want to assist me. Also I just rushed and bought something because I wanted to get out of there. The sales associate seemed like I was bothering her and did not want to assist me.

I purchased a moments sparkling heart charm bracelet with 5 additional charms in one purchase and as I was getting ready to pay, I asked the associate to let me see some additional charms so that i can purchase them for the two free bracelets that I've just earned with my 1st purchase, then another associate walked up and told her that the store was out of the free bracelets and there was no other bracelet that was authorized to replace what the store didn't have. I was very upset because I just spent a good deal of money of my First Pandora Charm Bracelet and i wanted the free bracelet deal because I spent COMPLETELY OVER $125.00! I STILL WANT my 2 free bracelets because I want to continue to purchase jewelry from Pandora. I DO NOT want this to be my first and my FINAL purchase and experience dealing with Pandora because of stores not having what they are advertising to people.

Was not greeted at all. Was left standing outside in line while associates were mingling and talking non-related discussions. I was on vacation and didn’t want to spend my time waiting like that

This store have to many salesperson working over each. Not letting one finished with the tray before another take it before you done. They are not knowledgeable on many of the items. You ask for one thing and they bringing a different items. I asked for Sterling Silver and they bringing what they want.This is one of the worst Pandora I came across

Waiting in line outside and there were not many people in the store. Long wait, once in the store I feel like things ere very unorganized. I asked for an item that is on the website and she had no idea what I was asking for and didn’t even search her inventory or tablet for it

Due to COVID there was a limit to customers allowed in the store at a time. They allowed 2 customers to occupy 2 employees who were together for almost an hour. I waited almost an hour and half to get in and it was only 3 people in front of me and there were 4 employees working in the store. There was no sense of urgency to get the customers in and out.

The sales associate didn’t seem to want to help me. She didn’t take the charms out for me to touch. I felt like she thought I would steal something. I purchase many charms from different locations.
