The associate working, Mekhia, was visibly impatient and she made me feel like I was bothering her being in the store and looking for a charm. She made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome. I have never had an experience this before at any Pandora store and I will not be coming back to this location.

My 9 year old went into the store and spent $80 cash on a necklace pendant. I told him I didn’t want him spending all his money and I don’t have a necklace. He went to return it and the rep said oh I can’t give you your money back. No cash returns. My son started to cry. When I read the terms on the receipt to the man, he said it’s no cash returns.

The store is small and I spent the amount that I should of got my free Bracelet the rep told me there was no more in store it was early in the day when I came there

Sales associate was not very polite and very quick to tell us what they did not have in the store without looking. Did not make it very visible for us to see the selections and did not know how to put in discounts we brought in and to have another aa help her and tell us what we could not use them. The sales aa also played on her phone while servicing us . I was not happy but spend a lot of money today in the store and felt like I was looked down on.

The sales lead was so ignorant and mean. I work in retail but we never treat our customers like that. And she is the lead so I’am wondering how the associates are???

I was there with my daughter and my co-workers. The sales lead was so rude and ignorant about the way she treated us. I’am a pharmacist and I never treated my patients like that.

The associated was very nasty and short. She didnt wantcto explain the charms to me or tell me what they said. She acted as though I was bothering her and like she was annoyed at my questions or the fact that I wanted to purchase. I spend alottttt of money in Pandora stores and expect to be treated with respect and kindness. I've never experienced this in one of your stores before and plan on going back to speak to the manager. I was just in florida at the galleria Mall in fort Lauderdale. The associate was absolute SPECTACULAR. I live in Philadelphia and this was my 1st time visiting a store here. I must say I will never spend a dime in a philly store again

Nobody was with client when me and my friend came in and nobody seemed to want to help us , they took a little bit! The store was empty, no people around and the girl that came to “help” us, means us feel like she was doing us a favor! Also, I bought over 125$ and I didn’t get the gift for that, which is a belt bag! I’m thinking about returning the merchandise, I’m not happy!!
