Line outside the store long. Sales associates spent way to much time with 1 customers. Charms I wanted to purchase were not sold at location .

Sales associate had me waiting outside the store for 15 minutes while the store is empty they were talking to each other instead of disinfecting the store. Once I was in the store they treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about why didn’t know what I want it and I am a Returning customer

The entire experience was bad from the start, I was supposed to pickup at walnut street but they were closed even though the stores Google webpage and corporate site listed them open. I called customer service to see where I could pickup the items elsewhere they sent me to the fashion district and once I arrived I was told that they didn’t have the items available for pickup. I was then told I couldn’t have picked them up there actually because no one knew the login for in store pickups so I’d have to go to cherry hill mall or buy a completely different order there and wait for a refund for my previous order.

Walked into store was not greeted by any associates and second the store was dirty and no hand sanitizer was available I was rushed and not allowed to walk thru the store when. I was the only customer I will never go back to that location again and I asked about a item I seen online she said to buy it online
