I have been shopping pandora charms for a couple of years and todays visit was the first time a sales associate - Yohanna - actually explained the care for my charms and bracelets. She pointed out the way I was wearing the charms on the bracelets (multiple) was damaging both the clasp of the bracelet and the charms. She cleaned my bracelets and charms and rearranged them, as well as offered products to help clean and keep them safe. I purchased the items I initially intended but plan to purchase the other items she suggested once I get home from vacation.

I was able to find what I wanted quickly. I also got my jewelry cleaned which was fast. And the costumer service was great!

The displays were nice and could find what I liked Quickly. Sales person was very helpful

My assistant was super helpful. The store was laid out to showcase all the new charms that I wanted to look at. And it was quick so I was able to get the things I came for.
