THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAD ABOUT MY PURCHASE WAS FINDING THE STORE. IT'S HIDDEN DEEP IN THE CENTRE OF THE PLAZA WITH INADEQUATE SIGNAGE.

The salesperson was very helpful. She found the charm we were wanting. We were in and out ina timely manner

Although it was very busy the store had a sign-in that made everything fair and in order. They made sure to let customers know as they walked in to sign in so that they would be seen in the order that they arrived. I was so relieved to know I could still browse and not have to watch the counter like a hawk to make sure another customer didn't skip in front of us! The store manager greeted us and the assistant store manager helped us once it was our turn. The assistant store manager was fantastic! She suggested charms and also where to place them on the bracelet! We had such a great experience the first time that we came back to buy more charms while the 50% off was going on. You have a great leadership team at this store and great associates. Thank you Pandora Destin Team!
