Yohanna was the salesperson who helped us. She knew exactly what we wanted. She told us about new items coming out and was very helpful. She even noticed my pandora bracelet needed the silicone piece for the clasps and fixed it for me. Very helpful!

I had purchased from this store in the past. Had always received friendly and helpful service. I had an expectation that this experience would be the same and it was. Plan to return the following week to allow them to place the purchases charms on my wife bracelet.

I walked in to browse and ended up talking with a sales lead she looked at my bracelet and immediately told me something was wrong and then proceeded to explain it to me!! She saved my bracelet and I owe her. She was the sweetest and most friendliest.

I really appreciated Aaliyah. I came in to get my bracelets cleaned and to purchase a charm. My heart locket on my bracelet was beyond dirty. An associate cleaned it but only the outside.While that might have been a standard cleaning, Aaliyah knew I wanted the inside of my locket cleaned. So she made it happen! She gave the associate the steps on how to clean the inside of my locket. While my locket was getting cleaned Aaliyah kept me busy by showing me the selection of charms that I was interested in. I ended up purchasing two charms and a cleaning kit! I was well taken care by Aaliyah. The entire staff was sweet and pleasant but Aaliyah made my experience go from good to GREAT!
