I was visiting from out of town just getting ideas to start my charm collection. Anna was very helpful to help me customize my collection.

The staff was very personable. They greeted us when we walked in and were quick to assist. The store manager was very helpful in looking up my account to verify charms that had been previously purchased so that I did not duplicate items.

Sales associate was very helpful in helping me find the perfect charms that would commemorate my trip. She offered to clean my bracelet and then added my new charms.

Our sales associate was reallly helpful she didn’t hesitate to show us anything and she offered to help as soon as we got in the store

Aaliyah was very friendly. She was able to show us the items we were looking for and suggest other items to help with our purchase. The vharm I was looking for was in stock.
