The store is conveniently located in the Destin Commons. It was super clean, and the associate was very nice and knowledgeable. I was in and out with exactly what I wanted within minutes.

The sales associates were more than helpful! They actually corrected the fitting of my wife’s bracelet, getting her into correct size. Not to mention, they were extremely patient during the process of selecting her charms. Customer service, 100%! Too bad we live out of town.

Compared to the Montgomery, AL store that we visited a few weeks prior the Destin location felt so welcoming. The sales associate and manager worked together to help us and other customers. The staff was efficient and helpful to answer any questions.
