The staff were so helpful and kind. I have never spent that much on jewelry. It was well worth it though. I am now a Pandora credit card holder and I couldn’t be happier! Great job!

The sales lady that helped me was amazing. I explained my original bracelet fell off without my knowledge and she helped me find a solution to solve the issue with my new bracelet. I also had recently gone to dc for my grandfather's funeral and had bought the dc cherry blossom charm. Unfortunately it was lost with my other bracelet. Some how due to a random shipment the Destin store had the exact charm and I was able to replace it on my new bracelet. The sentimental value of that one charm is more than I can explain and I was so happy they had one available

The agent knew about the products. She recommended items based off of what I told her I liked. Her customers service was excellent. She explained all of the promotions to me and told me items that were excluded prior to me purchasing.

The associates were friendly & were fast in taking care me.. The shop is very attractive & clean. All employees had their masks on!!
