I was very impressed of the sales associate, very helpful and pleased with how helpful she was!! Very pleased with the service

The lady at the desk helped a lot with choosing a specific ring. She helped us with sizes, and even cleaned my other ring from the store for me.

I was highly satisfied with how the workers are very helpful and know lot about the jewelry. Everyone is super nice and genuine in the store. I will be coming back very soon.

Great customer service

Mick, the person that waited on us was so so nice and she got us the right size bracelet and made sure we were satisfied. She answered all of our questions. We were on vacation but if she was in our home state she would get my business every time!!!

Service was great! I would recommend finding a better way to package jewelry to make it look beautiful. Spending $100 on a set of earrings to have them wrapped in a piece of tissue paper and put in a folded box is displeasing. Anything over $75 should be placed in a nicer box or give your customers the option to purchase a nicer box for gifts. Again this was more of a company issue than a store issue. Loved the store and the associate that assisted us was great.

I have had problems with the slide bracelet. It won't stay in place. Was looking for a solution. I don't think there is one. The sylicone in the round slider is worn out. So it was suggested I try the new magnetic closure. I like it so far.

Was greeting and assisted when entering the store but not pushy. Made to feel comfortable while trying on several different rings before deciding. Not rushed.
