There was a charm that I really wanted as a birthday gift to myself, but it was sold out online. I tried searching online to see if it was at my store before I went, and I couldn't find it. Which is fine, I live in a small town so it had a high chance of it being there. And it was! They just got it back in stock. So I bought it for myself.

The store manager Was very friendly from moment I walked in the door!! And was very helpful with a solution to my past purchase. And I added more charms to my bracelet!! I felt she went above and beyond!!
