No sales were in place. The associated was not knowledgeable or new. Other than that, it was a good shopping experience.

I'm always made to feel like a number when I enter this particular Pandora. I realize it's in a tourist area, but I'm not a tourist, I'm a local. Most of the times when I enter that store, I'm ignored for some reason, as if I don't have money to spend or I'm not a "normal" Pandora customer. This visit, I was helped right away...could be because I was the only customer in the store and there was one associate working at the time. I get it, it's hard to find "good" people to work these days, but this is why I normally shop online. I've had a few problems on past visits to your store, but I always give it another try hoping the people will be more warm and welcoming instead of looking down on me for some reason. Maybe one day it will change.

The store manager in there needs to slow down stop rushing people and have a better attitude if a person is looking at something and then change her mind and then says oh I want something else instead of that her attitude and disposition could be a lot better on on how you treat your customers that come into the store

I love pandora but I dread going in the stores. The assists are too PUSHY. Every time I go in. I love recommendations but constantly pushing to spend spend and the pressures of that are awful. I may shop on line from now on.

Associate was really trying to sell me more. I know it’s her job but it was getting to the point where it was irritating to me. I asked to have a Pandora bracelet cleaned, which they did. I asked if they could clean my medical ID bracelet. They said no. Again I sort of understand but my feeling is I came in with Pandora on myself, I purchased $300 plus in goods, since my medical ID bracelet is also sterling silver good customer service would have been to clean it for me.
