When I entered the store I was promptly greeted. They asked if I needed help with anything but I told them I was just looking. There were approximately 5 people on the floor when I entered and they were processing a shipment most likely but it looked cluttered and made it difficult to look at items in the display case in the middle of the store.

I made my first Pandora purchase online during the pandemic. My first in store purchase was made in a Mobile, AL. I had a really nice salesperson to help me with my purchase. I wish I remembered her name. Anyway, I have had nothing but positive shopping experiences at Pandora, so far.
