The sales associate (assistant manager) seemed impatient. She had very short answers and actually seemed annoyed when I questioned something on my receipt.

We had to put our name on a list to be helped. The prices are a bit high too.

Everything was great

When I entered the store I was promptly greeted. They asked if I needed help with anything but I told them I was just looking. There were approximately 5 people on the floor when I entered and they were processing a shipment most likely but it looked cluttered and made it difficult to look at items in the display case in the middle of the store.

Very pushy salesperson

The store closes too early. Not a lot of charms available at the view.

I made my first Pandora purchase online during the pandemic. My first in store purchase was made in a Mobile, AL. I had a really nice salesperson to help me with my purchase. I wish I remembered her name. Anyway, I have had nothing but positive shopping experiences at Pandora, so far.

I love my new bracelet. I will be going back soon to get charms for my grandchildren birth stones. I believe Pandora and I will have a lasting relationship.
