Limited access to the charm and bangle trays during my visit. It was almost as if had to know what I intended to purchase prior to entering the store vs. viewing a variety of items immediately. I really wanted my daughter to experience browsing the merchandise for her 1st visit to Pandora but she was overwhelmed trying to tell the salesperson what she thought she may want to view.

The staff were more than accommodating in helping me make a selection for my bracelet. I purchased 2 charms and I already know what I want with my next purchase. I do wish the staff would have offered to clean my bracelet but they did take time to rearrange my current charms along with the new purchase. Thx!

Overall visit ok didn't have much choice just visiting Florida so just trying find charm and spacer for a bracelet, store much different then all stores on line sales lady ball all 5 charms in tissue in put in bag ribbon didn't like that because Overall open tissue falls out order on line puts in bags and then pouches and purchase in store they separate them not roll them in tissue paper!
