Made two trips to the store in two days and first day had a very pleasant experience, the second time the sales person could not clean my two full bracelets due to shortage of staff. There were no one else at the store at the moment and said the cleaning machines were “off” because getting prepared for a big sale. Not very satisfied with that answer. I got back to the store the second time with the bracelets because the other sales associate had invited me to do so. She was not at the store the second time. I did have a big purchase 5 days before. I am a good customer and will continue to shop at Pandora, but the sales associate needs to be a little more accommodating and she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience….

When we came in, there were two associates, and we weren’t greeted. One associate was with a customer and the other one went to the back and came back and then she finally asked if we needed help.

Sales Associate not very friendly. Felt like I was being rushed as she did not really offer to show me any other store items except what i requested to see.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable but she was very pushy about getting a pandora card and then it was like she was rushing me to make my selection. I wanted to ask more questions and look at different charms but I just opted to pay and leave.

I went into the store to buy a birthday gift for myself. The associate I got was very friendly at first. She was relating to me and showing me charms, then she was trying to add on to the 2 charms that I wanted. I came into the store on a budget. And the other 2 charms she wanted me to get would've amounted to about $300, I only wanted to spend $150 max. When I declined to buy the 2 other charms she suggested she got VERY rude, barely talked to me anymore. And pretty much ignored me the rest of the time. As I was leaving I told her to have a nice day she didn't even say it back or acknowledge I was speaking JUST because I didn't take her add ons. I have worked at pandora before. I understand the sales goals on employees, I understand you are supposed to suggest add ons and extras to reach those sales goals. However, as a previous employee, I also know if a customer declines, you attitude toward the customer is not supposed to change. You are supposed to remain friendly throughout the process. Please take a look at how she may be treating customers that's not trying to spend alot of money.
