I myself did not have a problem with the associate working with me but I was with 3 other ladies and all three of them did. The associate would not pull the trays to allow them to look at the merchandise

I was charged for a Entertainment Fee, that I find out after the fact was optional. I feel that being a local citizen I should have been informed of that and been given the option to opt out. Very unhappy about that.

The clerk was not friendly and rushed me to make a purchase. I asked if Pandora offer a military discount and her response was yes yet she failed to asked to see the ID or give me the discount.

Worker was very rude. Complained about having to work all day. Kept saying how tired she was. Didn’t feel very welcomed in the store. Didn’t give me a box for my ring or anything. Just handed it and a receipt to me ???

The customer service was not very good at all, was greeted upon entering the store and then had to ask an associate for assistance. The young lady that was in training was ok but there was another lady that was extremely rude and had an unpleasant attitude!
