Sales assoc was rude and crumpled my purchase up in paper and when I told her to stop wrapping it I would do it myself she sort of tossed the bag to me.

I was not happy with my experience because when I went into the store I was greeted by a woman name Yohana, I told her that I was potentially going to need a replacement ring seeing as I only had mine for a few months and the bottom of it was fading. Immediately, she started getting a tone asking if I clean it. I told her yes and I don’t wear it In the shower. She then got more of a tone saying that she wears her rings, bracelets and necklaces in the shower everyday and has had the same pieces for 2-3 years. Then she asked if I use hand sanitizer, I said no (just because when I do, I take off my rings) and she got an attitude and said “ you don’t use sanitizer on your hand”. At this point I realized that I wouldn’t be able to exchange out my ring (which I had no problem with) and just decided to get a new ring. When looking I found a gorgeous piece and decided to get it, it was a bit big on my finger and I asked if they had other sizes, she then told me that they would just give me the piece in the box, meaning, the one I had on my finger because of Covid. Which I thought was a bit odd seeing as the ring was far too big for me. Nonetheless, I bought the ring plus 3 more and left.

While I was doing my shopping I felt like the sales associate was rushing me to make a decision on the earrings I wanted. She pulled up my past transactions, and when I asked to look up my Pandora credit card she seemed upset. I am from out of town and didn’t have the card with me. Associate was just not in a mood, but it made my visit a little sour. My transactions with Pandora normally range from $300-$1000. This transaction was less than $150 because I didn’t feel comfortable shopping with that associate.

I was extremely excited to find a Pandora store where I could get me a bracelet. The sales lady I had was nice at first when I spent $400… but I went there a second time to spend more money and brought my mom who spent $500 … the sales lady not once asked a budget or anything she just continued to add charms to my total, so when I asked her would they go together or if I needed to bring it back to be put together she said it should be fine and continued to add more charms to my total! It’s like I was just bombarded with charm and a $750 total and a bracelet that didn’t match or looked cute at all. So when I called they told me In order to keep my charms I wanted I would have to spend MORE MONEY for it to look right. Why could she just tell me what I needed from the beginning to make the bracelet correctly. So when I told her I wasn’t spending anymore money because altogether me and my mom spent $1200 , they were upset and I just returned everything except my initial purchase . I understand they may work off of commission but the mission is to make sure your customer is happy and will return and unfortunately I will not be.

The sales associate wasn’t super friendly or welcoming. I felt rushed to make a decision when trying to decided which item to get. The store manager just sat behind the cabinet the entire time and never said anything.. she didn’t seem happy when the sales associate asked questions either.

The first sales associate was wonderful and then the manager came over for some reason and took over the sale and was rude and pushy. She kept saying everything I picked out was wrong or wouldn’t get me the color I wanted because she didn’t like it. When I asked for a specific charm, she snapped ‘I couldn’t have it’ because it was sold out verses just simply saying it was not available because it was sold out. Then I asked if they could order it and she said, “we don’t order for you. You can do that yourself.” Also, no box for my bracelet filled with charms. No pouch. Nothing. Five hundred dollars spent and nothing to put it in, so I had wear it out of the store.

Being in a hot tourist spot and on able to purchase the beads for that area
