The sales associate was very sour and every question I asked gave me short and rude responses. I did not appreciate her tone of voice or the words she chose to use when answering my questions. She looked like she hated her job.

The sale person was very rude, when I walked in she was sitting and didn’t speak until I said hello. After she got up and act as if she didn’t want to show me anything.

The sales associate had no personality and didn’t even speak much to myself or my husband. She just stared at us and I felt guilty asking to see multiple items.

I didn't like that I was treated as if I couldn't pay for what I was asking for. And then the items I price I was told that wasn't the price but it was what was on the tag. And the the other selling person comes out and stand like I was trying to sell some and I was at the counter. 2 white people come in and they don't treat them that way.

Sales associate was pushy and attempting to get me to buy a lot more than I wanted to buy. Also being pushy about a credit application. Never again!

Waited 45 min for associate to say could not find an item due to inventory. We had asked multiple times to check out and were told they located item to wait. Never did and waisted time

Kirsten was not friendly at all. As mentioned we were visiting and looking for vacation related charms. Kirsten showed first charm from distance. I asked to see it as wanted to put next to pandora bracelet I was wearing. Kirsten did not offer to place charm on our bracelet. This was the first time this service was not offered . Cleaning service was not offered. My daughter was being gifted a charm while on vacation. I was about to leave without purchase. She mentioned it was service and not Pandora. Had this not been during vacation I would have not completed purchase from this sale person.

I came home and checked my recipe and find out I paid "Entertainment Fee" I wasn't happy buz I didn't hear anything about this extra FEE. so I called Pandora store she said "Commons charges 2% fees " I said I been shopping Destin commons and this panroda store but I never paid. is this new? I think you guys should mentioned during the payment time about this fee" and this shop assistant said "We put on sign outside so........... I was so upset how she talk! I said "I'm about to go back and return! She DESIDE TO be SILENT on me! ha what a joke! Pandora is big company not teach employee to say sorry?! Horrible customer service! "Sorry" is normal comment how to take care of your upset customer. instead SILENT!! If she said 'Sorry Maam I understand you are upset. Because about extra fee we didn't mention during payment time but destin commons makes us charge 2% from total sales price also we noticed outside window." or something!!!! Pls do better! Horrible experience again!! this destin pandora location failed again.
