We paid over $200 for a broken bracelet and charms that has already broken and it has not been 24hrs. I live in GA and I purchased it in Destin FL. I’m very sad about this.

I placed an order online for pick since this was the store showing availability of the item. Drove a little over hours to get to the area and got a hotel room so I could get up early and head to the store and then drive back home. Called the store, and they couldn’t confirm I had an online order available and stated I would have to call back in 2 hours due to computer issues but still couldn’t guarantee me an answer in 2 hours either. I notified store of my driving/hotel situation and I would need to get back home. I was told if I didn’t pick order up in 3 days, they would cancel it. So I drove over to the store and had to literally purchase same item again due to this issue and they couldn’t find my order in the computer at all. Very dissatisfied with this because I purchased online and order still couldn’t be found.

Hoy tuve la PEOR experiencia, he visitado varias tiendas Pandora y JAMÁS me había sucedido esto, está marca además de destacarse por tener un excelente producto SIEMPRE tienen un buen servicio al cliente, pero aquí fue la excepción. La persona que me atendió fue demasiado grosera para asesorarme, estuve alrededor de 15 o 20 minutos y hacia gestos, usaba palabras despectivas como que las personas éramos poco inteligentes y no entendíamos el uso adecuado de las prendas, incluso llegó opinar y decir que mi brazalete junto con los charms tenían un color horrible y saco sus brazaletes para mostrarme como los de ella si los tenía brillantes después de muchos años de uso. Definitivamente una CALIFICACIÓN de 0 para esta tienda.

The sales associate was very rude. We spend alot of money in Pandora and I have been in the store numerous times and got my bracelets and jewelry cleaned. Because I had 1 charm that was not Pandora, the clerk said she could not clean it. She then proceeded to give me and my daughter dirty looks when I told her that the clerks clean my jewelry every time we come in the store. I felt as if she did NOT want to clean it. She argued with my daughter, then went to consult with the manager about the situation. It was not handled with respect or courtesy. They both argued with us all the way out of the door. I have never seen customer service like this before. My husband actually goes to the next city to purchase from Pandora there because he had a horrible customer service issue a few years ago. This location has awful customer service. I will never return there. I actually had a pickup order to get as well for my daughters graduation. They said they there were unable to pick that order until I got the email. After the whole scene, I got the email to pick up about 25 minutes later. I will never ever go back to this location or spend my money with Pandora. My hubby has spent thousands here

The store manager was entirely too pushy, I wanted to buy a bracelet but she kept shoving everything down my throat and made the whole experience terrible. We paid for the two charms my daughter wanted and left and will not be back to this location.

Needed a larger size for one of the bracelets, so I could add charms, item not stocked. Customer service phone company associate, expressed I could not exchange it or supplement with similar style. PANDORA HAS LOST A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, as I have no use for the bracelet. The bracelet does not have ample room for CHARMS. SUFFICIENT STOCK SHOULD BE ACKNOWLEDGED FOR EXCHANGES. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS KEY.

The 3 sale associate in this Pandora are rude and racist I don’t recommend this store in Destin is my fist time with this experience in pandora!
