The sales person was really rude and she was not showing me the products I wanted to see because she was lazy to grab them so she said I had an actitud and yes of course because she was not helping me … so I asked for another person and the other lady was rude as well … finally the manager helped me but she never asked me what happened or anything she received my payment and that’s it

Destin Commons Pandora Store would not give me a box for a promise ring my son is giving to his girlfriend. I called another Pandora store, who said they would give me a box with my purchase, so I returned the ring and went out if my way 2 hours to purchase the ring from Cordova Mall in Pensacola, where they were fantastic all the way around! Destin store needs a huge overhaul with customer service and professionalism, especially lead sales Mick, who was wearing tennis shoes. I had a few other issues with the transaction that I could speak about over the phone if you're interested (850) 324-5682.

First only two workers working store was full of people then they only item my daughter wanted was saying they had in store the associate could not find anywhere

Associate stated prices and then when closing out was another price, Then stated there was a 30% off on one item and never was shown on ticket. So i returned all items and shopped elsewhere and found a better price for al items and bought even more and was only $140

This was the most horrible experience with pandora. To be located in a vacation town this store never has good service when I visit but yesterday was a disaster.

I was in the store with my mother who wanted to purchase gifts for 2 granddaughters. The associate was rather rude to her and consistently ignored her and addressed me instead. We selected 2 charms, she did not bother to make any suggestions to add to the gifts. When it was time to check out, she bluntly told me I was not in the system even though I told her I was a repeat customer. I even gave her an alternate phone number, she told me again she couldn't find me. My mother uses a walker and felt that the associate might have been behaving like that because she is disabled. The associate didn't even try to talk to her.
