I was NOT greeted when I walked, yes it was busy and I also noticed it was selective, because the person behind me was well received in and given information that was not given to me when I walked in. However based on their information given to the customers after me, I was able to follow up and signed the notebook to get my spot reserved. (Associate was short and facing the front door, also she was Hispanic, because she was assisting a Hispanic customer who did not speak English).

Sales associate was very professional. Easy access to store. Willingness of the sales associates to help find a different charm in place of the one I requested.
