Monika was just the absolute best person when I walked in the store. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, but Monika helped me with my online pick up and another question I had with a charm. I had told her how much I like the astronaut charm, but it was not for my style of bracelet. She immediately grabbed it and showed that despite it not being a Pandora Me charm it fit perfectly on my bracelet. It made me super happy and I left with my items and the free snowflake bracelet. I’ll definitely be back for more charms to add to this lovely Wrentham store.

Our salesperson was phenomenal! She always knows what to suggest, if I don"t care how something looks on she always has the best suggestions! I always buy 4- 5 items from her. She has the best personality, she should be a manager.

I want to thank Sharon and her manager for being so amazing and helpful! They took the time to lookup an item for us! They were amazing and patient during a Black Friday sale!

I came on Black Friday weekend and despite the store being super crowded, Kara was super helpful and personally helped us the entirety of our visit (this was at the wrentham outlets) She was great!
