I love pandora charms, bracelets, rings, and necklaces. I only wish there was a better way to show the charms. The display cases are great but I like to browse without being bothered by associates. Nothing against the associates. I'm an introvert. I wish there was just a whole wall. And I know I can look online, but it's kind of a spur of the moment thing when I go to the store.

Olivia was very nice and caring. She was patient and took her time with me.
