I went to Pandora not knowing which kind of bracelet I wanted to get and the employee helped me out a lot! I will definitely be returning soon I love all the jewelry I have from Pandora!

It was such a great atmosphere in the store everyone was kind and helpful. Explain the sales and the items that were discontinued. Took the time to help my niece with her bracelet that was giving her issues. My nice purchased what she needed to stop the bracelet from come unfastened. We loved everything about the service we received! We will be returning. This was absolutely one of my favorite times being in a Pandora store!!!!!

The person helping me was very knowledgeable about the products and was very kind and gave very helpful tips for me. Even when there was a reason for her to step away she apologized and did it as quickly as possible :)

Brenda took the time to help me find exactly what I needed to make my bracelets perfect. She also cleaned my original full bracelet. She helped me pick out a bracelet for a homeless charm as well as clips to keep the charms on my bangle from driving me nuts. She was so friendly and helpful.

I didn’t intend to buy anything, but I walked out with three new rings. My mom who was with me also got herself a new bracelet. We got some great benefits (a free charm and 6 months interest free) for the amount we spent, so that was great.

I went to the Pandora store at the Wrentham Outlets in MA and I was there for about 45 minutes because I was looking for gifts for my bridesmaids and MOH, MOB and MOG. The girls were absolutely amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Cara and Tiffany and they were bubbly, personable and I will return to this location because of them!
