Pandora Jewelry

They gave me great ideas I could do with my new jewelry. They helped me put so much "together" and matched pieces perfectly! Very friendly the whole time. I love my new bracelet, I couldn't be happier!

Kim the sales associate was amazingly knowledgeable in all things Pandora including telling me about the survey and getting a coupon for my next purchase. She also wore the merchandise well. She was a pure joy to speak with.

Tiffany was an awesome professional and was very enthusiastic about showing us what we might have been interested in. When she showed my wife a bangle bracelet I noticed my wife's eyes light up and I knew at that moment we would be leaving with one as we did. A survey would not be worth the time if the truth is not told. Tiffany was fantastic in the store but when we returned home we realized she did not show us how to take off an end in order to place on the charms we had at home. We did go online and watched a YouTube video so it was no big deal. You might want to mention to all your staff that customers like us might not be familiar with the way it works. With that said Tiffany is a valuable asset to Pandora.

I walked into to pandora to go in and look. I was just looking to see what type of bracelets and charms they had to add to my wishlist for my 21st birthday. Tiffany B was so welcoming and helpful during the entire process. I did not feel overwhelmed or pressured at anytime during my time there. She was so helpful at explaining and letting me try on things to help really get a feel for which one I wanted. Tiffany was so helpful that I felt more prepared and decided to buy my birthday present early for myself instead of waiting. I had such an amazing time.

The 2 girls working I think one of them was Tiffany and the other I am not sire of her name however she was exceptional and handled being understaffed very well and professionally sje took great care of me and bases off of her customer care I will be back
