The staff was great. Very friendly and kind. They were very attentive. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I have their undivided attention. They pod attention to detail. They polished and cleaned charms prior to me purchasing. Cecile made sure to inspect every piece to make sure there were no imperfections. I went the next day and made another purchase. The associates she had on staff with her were easy to speak to. I miss this personal sales in other places. I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t feel pressured. It was a great overall experience.
