Cecile in the Wrenthan outlet was so amazing. She remembered my husband and I from over a month ago. She remembered what we had purchased at that time. She was so pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. Not pushy to buy something. You need more employees like that. I came all the way from Amesbury MA because the Pandora in the Rockingham mall which is much closer to me don’t even acknowledge you while your standing in line and treat you like your invisible. Next time I want something I will be going back to Wrentham.

They were very welcoming and professional. It made my experience very fun. I wasn't pressured into buying so many things which was a very great relief . I however did purchase more because everyone was personable and professional.

Even though it was very busy, Deirdre took her time with us and helped me find exactly what I wanted. She gave great recommendations based on what I like and was so sweet and helpful. She also clearly knew the products so well, so any questions I had were answered. We've always had great experiences at this Pandora and always come back here. Deirdre deserves a big shoutout though, as she was so helpful, knowledgeable and sweet!

The sales associate was fantastic and knowledgeable. She immediately cleaned my bracelet without being asked. She influenced me to get clips for my bracelet and a safety chain so that my precious charms will not fall off.
