Dedra Lynda and Nataliana was GREAT! I’ve been having trouble with a charm on my bracelet and other stores “couldn’t “ do anything but DEDRA fixed the issue right away Lynda and nataliana was so patient and attentive very friendly staff!!!!!!

The store itself was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful ,I felt they truly listened to my needs and only showed me products based on my interest . I love this location

I received help as soon as i entered and when I asked questions they were all answered. The staff helped me try multiple items and even suggested more and items on sale.

The sales associate that waited on me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. She even thanked me for being patient even though I didn't have to wait at all.

I always have an awesome experience coming to the store at the Wrentham Outlets. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will always go to this store versus the Natick Mall. The Natick Mall Pandora needs new staff..
