Wait time outside was long

The staff was very friendly. In line Outside the store we were Given books to browse thru and offered to have associates bring product to us. Although I did my purchase in store I found it very helpful that I could browse products to get a better idea of what I was looking for. The sales woman that helped us was extremely nice and knowledgeable about products.

Vanessa was amazing. She helped my husband the first time and took great care of me the second time. I purchased 3 Disney charms because of her and got the perfect bracelet too!

The person I had was very nice and knew everything she was talking about. And she gave really good recommendations for the rings I wanted and made it so much easier to purchase my rings and I cant wait to go get more

I usually go to the Pandora store in Braintree, but me and my mom were in wrentham and decided to go to the Pandora store out there, they had so much options for me and my mom to choose from. Everyone there was so helpful and amazing!
