The associate that helped us was named Emily and she was so welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly! She told us it was her last day there when we asked if she was working over the weekend (my friend was going to come back a few days later to purchase more charms). She is a true gem and a fantastic example of how to treat customers. We felt bad because we walked into the store close to closing time and every associate there was friendly and helped each customer like it was their first customer of the day. Emily even offered to polish my existing bracelets and they are sparkling like they’re brand new! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience!
