I got the ring I wanted. The lady who was figuring out my size was super nice. The Pandora was clean. My parents paid half and I paid the other.

I came to the Wrentham store to exchange a bracelet I received as a gift. Because of Covid, I was outside waiting in line with my daughter when a sales associate came out and asked if there was anything she could assist with. When she asked me, I told her I only needed to exchange a bracelet due to size. Ivyonna- who was incredible- took one look at my wrist and said she would be right back. In an instant she came right back out with the perfect fit, the exchange was incredibly easy and I was on my way. Ivyonna is absolutely amazing and the exact example of how customer service should be. She was kind, caring, clearly knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this store and specifically Ivyonna. I will be back to this store only, although I live closer to another, because of her!!! In these tough times, please take a look at who is keeping your businesses afloat and recognize them! Ivyonna deserves a raise!
