Salesperson Cecile was amazing!!! She took her time and helped all 3 of us pick something thoughtful out for each of our bracelets then also took the time to thoughtfully place each charm for us. Every time we are in the store she is such a delight to work with but this time literally took the cake. We will be shopping with her from now on. Can’t wait to go back to see her and buy some more charms!

The Staff are amazing and very helpful I was extremely satisfied with the costumer care I received during my visits. They also did an excellent job following COVID guidelines with capacity distancing and wiping down counters.

I love the staff at the Wrentham outlet Ma there where all friendly and very cheerful unlike the experience I had at the Natick Mall Ma with the store manager his customers service its awful and he very rude I’ll visit Wrentham outlet ma any time this where can get my money in this pandemic I’m working too hard to be dealing with nasty attitudes so I go where is friendly
