Friendly courteous staff on the phone and in the store. I called the night before with questions and asked to have some items held so I could look at them. When I arrived, the salesgirl couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Already recommended the store to two friends. Have 7 granddaughters that I have started bracelets for. A lasting memory from their grandmother Mimi. Can’t wait to go back and visit the store again.

The line to get into the store was long (so many people Christmas shopping!). However, staff was walking up and down the line handing out catalogues and assisting those who knew what they would like to buy. In the end, I didn’t even make it to the door because an associate filled my order and I checked out within minutes. The process was very convenient and efficient!

I have never been to a Pandora store before. The associate was extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves the product. She made me so enthusiastic about the product that I will be back to add to this gift and buy others.

My sales associate was so helping choosing what I needed and showing me more options. She was so friendly and up beat. She helped me and my best friend pick a few charms and was great

During my visit, I experienced Friendly customer service as well as a Variety of product. My salesperson offered Fast service along with a smile. I will return to the store again soon!

There was this older woman who helped us at the patriots place location. She has short reddish hair and she was so pleasant and helpful. She expressed true excitement to work for Pandora and I will definitely return back to this location for my future purchases.

I was looking to purchase a bead on Black Friday. The store did not have it in stock. Vanessa took the time to order it for me. With the amount of people that were there during Black Friday I never thought she would follow through. But, to my surprise, she was able to find the item, contacted me & held the item for over a week until I could return to the store. She is an amazing person & an outstanding employee!
